    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precision casting method, its casting and a rotary machine with which even in the case of being a cast product having a narrow gap in this inner part, this can easily be cast without using a metallic mold for manufacturing a core.
      SOLUTION: This precision casting method is provided with a process, in which a ceramic powder-made core 10 is directly molded from mixed powder of the ceramic powder and organic binder (phenol, silicone resin, etc.), with a powder sintering type three-dimensional quick molding device, a process, in which an inorganization and a hardening treatment is performed by impregnating ethyl silicate and alkoxide into the ceramic powder-made core 10 and burning to obtain the ceramic core 15, a process, in which the ceramic core 15 is combined into a lost pattern (wax-made or lost form resin-made of foaming polystyrene or foaming polyurethane, etc.), 20 and a stuccoing is performed to the surrounding of the lost pattern 20 to form a mold 25, a process, in which the lost pattern 20 is lost, and a process, in which molten metal is poured into the mold 25 to obtain the cast product 100.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a flange at the end portion of even a long or large pipe by providing a link mechanism between a press ram and holding members and converting the descending motion of the press ram into a sliding motion on a base of each holding member. SOLUTION: When a pair of pressure plates 20a and 20b approach each other by moving toward the center of a slide base 16, a cylinder portion 42 of the second die 30b gets into the tip of a pipe work W and the diameter of the end of the pipe W is enlarged by means of its taper. When the pressure plates 20a and 20b further approach each other, they are expanded/deformed in the right-angle direction along the space partitioned by both flanges 36 and 44 of dies 30a and 30b due to the horizontal load applied to a pair of the dies 30a and 30b, and a flange F is formed. Therefore, the flange F is formed at the end of the pipe W with the dies 30a and 30b by converting the downward motion of the press ram 10 of the press machine into the horizontal movement of the pair of the pressure plates 20a and 20b.
