    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric type deionization device suitable for a high purity water production system, even in the waste water to be treated under high pressure from nuclear installations or the like, which can reutilize the same as high purity water.
      SOLUTION: An electric type deionization stack 10 is composed of a plurality of chambers divided with a chamber frame 11 and an ion exchange membrane 12, respectively. The chambers on both the edge parts compose an anode chamber 13 and a cathode chamber 14, and the chambers arranged between the anode chamber 13 and the cathode chamber 14 compose at least one concentrating chamber 15 and at least one desalination chamber 16. Each chamber frame 11a composing the concentrating chamber 15 is provided with a concentrated water outlet 17, and each chamber frame 11b composing the desalination chamber 16 is provided with a treated water outlet 18. The inside of a pressure vessel 20 is provided with: a concentrated water chamber 24 in which concentrated water flows out from each concentrated water outlet 17 in the electrolytic type ionization stack 10; and a water treatment chamber 25 in which treated water flow out from each treated water outlet 18 so as to be partitioned by a partition plate 23.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the same treatment capacity with about half the volume of the steam which is required for the conventional evaporation enriching method by recovering the latent heat of the steam generated in a pervaporation module and heating the original liquid supplied to the pervaporation module. CONSTITUTION:The waste liquid in an original liquid tank 3 is supplied by a pump 5 to a heater 6 and is supplied with a part of the latent heat required for pervaporation; thereafter, the liquid is supplied at about 70 deg.C to the pervaporation modules 7, 7'. Only the water is evaporated to about 70 deg.C steam by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of membranes. The steam permeates the membranes and is drawn out through a piping 8 to a direct contact type heat exchanger 9. The steam permeating the membranes is condensed by contact with cooling water in a barometric condenser 9. After the cooling water heated up to 65 deg.C is cooled down to about 55 deg.C in a recovered heat exchanger 11, the cooling water is introduced into a circulating water tank 12. The same treatment capacity is thereby realized with about half the volume of the steam required in the conventional evaporation enriching method.

The treated water outflow piping is provided with a treated water outlet pressure detector 36, and the concentrate outflow piping is provided with a concentrate outlet pressure detector 46. The ambient pressure detector, the treated water outlet pressure detector 36, and the concentrate outlet pressure detector are electrically connected to a pressure calculator 24 to control an inert gas inlet control valve 23 based on a pressure difference.
