    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage facility which improves earthquake resistance with respect to a station in which a platform is connected to a passage provided above the platform by inclined type passenger conveyors.
      SOLUTION: In this passage facility, an upper passage (5) is provided above a lower passage (3), and the lower passage (3) and upper passage (5) are connected with each other by the inclined type passenger conveyors (7A, 7B). The plurality of passenger conveyors (7A, 7B) are arranged to sandwich the upper passage (5) from the both sides. By installing the passenger conveyors (7A, 7B) to sandwich the upper passage (5) from the both sides, swing of the passage (5) in the event of earthquake is prevented by the passenger conveyors (7A, 7B) in both sides. The earthquake resistance with respect to the building structure is thereby improved.
