摘要： PURPOSE:To design and to synthesize a gene of beta-urogastrone having physiological activities such as inhibition of secretion of acid in the stomach, cell growth promotion, etc., and to obtain a large amount of the gene in high purity by a genetic engineering method. CONSTITUTION:A promotor, SD sequence, restricted enzyme recognition site, etc. necessary for developing beta-urogstrone gene sequence shown by the formula are connected. lambdaPL or lacUV5 is cited as the promotor, and pBR322 as a plasmid vector is used. A fused protein with a different protein such as beta-lactomase, etc. may be developed as method of development of peptide. Since the fused protein is transferred and accumulated in a periplasmic layer of Escherichia coil and it exists partially, it is easily separated and purified. Oligonucleotide of beta- urogastrone can be synthesized by a well-known method using polystyrene resin, etc.

A propellant such as liquefied petroleum gas, carbon dioxide gas, etc., is added to the emulsion, and if necessary, arbitrary additives such as a preservative, antioxidant, defoaming agent, etc., are added thereto to obtain an aerosol composition. The composition is sprayed on the surface of cooking utensils used in heat cooking.
