    • PURPOSE:To accumulate concentration energy without wasting it and prevent crystalization at injurious places in a pipeline and the like by providing a crystalizing means, crystalizing by cooling, and a crystal retaining means in the system of solution of a solution heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A cooling crystalizer and a crystal retainer are provided in the system of solution of a tube 4-an absorber A-a tube 1 from the concentrated solution pipeline of the tube 4, comming out of the heating side of a heat exchanger H to the dilute solution pipeline of the pipe 1 entering the heated side of the heat exchanger H. A cooling crystalizer, consisting of fin tubes 11, and a perforated plate 12 are provided below the absorber A around the fin tubes 11, for example, to obtain a crystal retainer. The cooling crystalizer is cooled by inlet cooling water and when the concentration of the solution becomes high, crystals are deposited between the fins. When the solution flows through the holes of the crystal retainer and the concentration of the solution is reduced or the temperature of the solution is increased, crystals begun to be molten from the outside thereof. Even when increase of temperature of the cooling water is sudden and crystals are separated, crystal blocks are retained around the tube by the crystal retainer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overshoot of a car height in a damper with a car height adjusting function in which a cylindrical pressure case connected with a damper rod is provided so as to move vertically and freely on an outer side of a damper body of a falling down type damper to form a pressure chamber in which pressure medium of a low boiling point which is changed between vapor and liquid is sealed between the damper body and the pressure case and the pressure medium is heated and vaporized by a heat source in the pressure chamber to depress the damper rod by steam pressure and increase a car height. SOLUTION: A cooling fin 9b is provided on an outer peripheral face in an upper part of a pressure case 9, a cylindrical outer case 20 covering the cooling fin 9b is connected with a damper body 1, and the cooling fin 9b is exposed below the outer case 20 due to the downward travel of a damper rod 2 for the damper body 1. Moreover, the cooling fin 9b is formed into a shape which is longitudinal in the vertical direction, and a brush 20b coming into slide-contact with the cooling fin 9b is provided in a lower end part of the outer case 20 to scrap off mud adhered to the cooling fin 9b by the brush 20b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount/demount a heater, and to improve maintenance performance by forming an electric heater in a gear shape, horizontally inserting the bar-shaped heater into the bottom part of a pressure chamber through a connector part arranged in a case, and thread-mounting the tail end part of the bar-shaped heater on the connector part. SOLUTION: A pressure chamber is defined between a case 12 and a damper body of an inverted damper having the damper body and a damper rod so that a pressure medium is sealed in the pressure chamber. A bar-shaped electric heater 16 positioned on the car width directional inside to the damper rod and a temperature sensor 17 positioned on the car width directional outside to the damper rod are arranged in the bottom part of the pressure chamber. In this case, the bar-shaped electric heater 16 is horizontally inserted into the pressure chamber through a connector part 12c arranged in the case 12, and the tail end part of the bar-shaped electric heater 16 is thread-mounted on the connector part 12c. The temperature sensor 17 is also horizontally inserted into the pressure chamber through a connector part 12d arranged in the case 12, and the tail end part is thread-mounted on the connector part 12d.
