    • PURPOSE:To realize smooth acceleration and the rotation at a constant speed with a simple circuit by switching driving signals having two different signals at the time of acceleration and at the time of a steady state and using the signals. CONSTITUTION:The pulse of an oscillator 1 is imparted to a preset counter 4, which counts down. The value of the counter is inputted into a ROM 6. PWM signal data stored in corresponding addresses are taken out and latched with a latch circuit 7. Then, the data are inputted into a driver 8. The driver 8 performs the PWM control based on the signal. At the stage of the initial period of the acceleration of a motor 9, the signal, which changes a switch 3 to the side of a frequency divider 2, is outputted from the address of the corresponding ROM 6 into a driving-signal switching signal line 16. The pulse of a low frequency is inputted into the counter 4. When the motor 9 reaches the specified speed, the driving-signal switching signal line 16 changes the switch 3 to the side of the oscillator 1 based on the output from the address of the corresponding ROM 6, and the high frequency pulse is inputted.

      SOLUTION: This fluid machine, in which fluid to be handled or fluid to be carried exists at an outer circumferential part of a motor stator, is provided with a motor frame 32 enclosing the outer circumferential part of the motor stator 31, a pump part 10 provided at one end of a motor shaft 16, a first cover 3 provided on the other end side of the motor shaft 16 to support a bearing 34, a frequency converter 36 provided on the counter-bearing side of the first cover 3, and a second cover 37 to contain the frequency converter 36 to the first cover 3.
