    • PURPOSE:To provide a water jet catcher for a water jet cutter absorbing the kinetic energy of excess water jet effectively with simple structure, preventing the scattering contraflow of chips in a limited space and separating the chips effectively from the excess water jet. CONSTITUTION:A water jet catcher 7 is formed into storied structure of two vertical stories partitioned by a floor 10 with a passage port 11 formed in a specified position. The upper story 9 is provided with plural receiving plates 8 receiving excess jet 6 after cutting an object 3 in the upper part of the story 9 so as to change the flow direction and to reduce the flow speed, and a guide 16 for guiding the excess jet 6, having passed the receiving plates 8, to the passage port while changing passage cross-sectional area. The lower story 12 is provided in the specified positions with a blower 15 for leading the excess jet 6 outside through a filter 19, and a guide for leading the excess jet 6, flowing into the lower story 12 through the passage port 11, while changing passage cross-sectional area.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a water jet nozzle which can reduce the interval of water jet, generates no distortion of cutting section even when a fiber form substance such as a meat is cut, can reduce the amount of waste cut object, does not generate noncut part, and injects a water jet which can carry out an accurate cutting. CONSTITUTION:This water jet nozzle applies a high pressure water to orifices, and produces a water jet by making the high pressure water pass through the orifices. While plural orifices 5 and 5 are arranged on one straight line, a single high pressure water chamber in which the upstream side openings of the plural orifices 5 and 5 are communicated is provided at the upstream side, and a single water jet through hole 13 in which the downstream side openings of the plural orifices are communicated is provided at the downstream side. Consequently, by feeding a high pressure water to the high pressure water chamber, the high pressure water produces plural water jets by passing through the plural orifices 5 and 5, and plural water jets are injected through the through hole 13.

    • PURPOSE:To recover abrasive accumulated in a water jet receiving tank without the interruption of water jet and manual help so as to easily improve water quality before the discharge of waste liquid and to enable disposal without producing secondary waste while preventing the wear and damage of the impeller and the like of a pump. CONSTITUTION:A waste liquid disposal device for a water jet machining device is provided with a water receiving tank 5 for receiving a solid-liquid mixed fluid from a nozzle 22, ejectors 8, 18, a separator 12, a small tank 17, and precipitators 1, 20. Supernatant liquid in the precipitator 1 is sucked by a centrifugal pump 2 and fed to the water receiving tank 5 and the small tank 17. In the water receiving tank 5, the supernatant liquid is sprayed (23) to wash away waste liquid and solid containing abrasive stuck to a bottom plate 9 and sucked together with the solid containing abrasive by the ejector 8 so as to be fed to the separator 12. In the small tank 17, the supernatant liquid is sucked by the ejector 18 together with solid containing abrasive sunk to the bottom part and fed to the separator 12.
