CONSTITUTION:A powder 3 containing a heavy metal and asphalt 4 are received in a container 2 in a wt. ratio of 0.1-2.0:1 and kneaded while heated to 50-250 deg.C to form a mixture. At this time, heating is performed using the membrane heater 5 having an electric conductive layer formed to the outer surface of the container 2 and the obtained mixture 7 is intermittently supplied to water 3 to be quenched and solidified to form genulated matter 9. By this simple apparatus, genulated matter not generating the release of an asphalt film and eluting no heavy metal even under an acidic condition of about pH 4 can be prepared with good heat efficiency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back washing method for a pleat type filter in which a small amount suffices for the discharged amount of washing water and recovery properties of filtration performance are good and filtration life is prolonged. SOLUTION: In the back washing method for pleat type filters 5, 6 which are suspended by tube plates between the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder in the insides of the filters, a simple back washing method is combined with an ordinary back washing method. In the simple back washing method, water passage is stopped by rise in pressure difference of water passage and filters 7, 8 are pressurized by feeding pressurized air from the upper parts thereof. Drain valves 14a, 15a in the lower parts of the filters 7, 8 are opened and a part of water in the upper drums 1, 2 is allowed to flow backward and discharge from the lower parts of the filters to discharge suspended impurities of the filters. In the ordinary back washing method, water passage is stopped by rise in pressure difference of water passage. The filters are pressurized by feeding pressurized air from the upper parts thereof and also drain valves 14a, 15a in the lower parts of the filters are opened. All parts of water in the upper drums 1, 2 are allowed to flow backward to discharge suspended impurities of the filters 1, 2. Air and water are sent from the lower parts of the filters 7, 8 to perform scrubbing. Furthermore, pressurized air is fed from the upper parts of the filters 7, 8 to pressurize them and back washing is performed by water in the upper drums 1, 2.

During this time, the washing of the hollow yarn membrane is performed while usual filtering is continued. A valve 4 of a treated liquid withdrawal pipe 8 is closed at the stop time of filtering operation to perform the same operation. After vibration was imparted to the hollow yarn membrane, air is withdrawn from the washing solution withdrawal pipe 9 along with the washing solution.
