On the basis of it, a recommended value of oiling rate of lubrication oil for the cylinder, a recommended value of fuel injection timing, and a recommended value of a cylinder input air temperature required for the optimum economic operation are calculated. Control signals matching with the recommended values are output from a control device 30 to the diesel engine 10 while presenting the recommended values to an operator.

While the information is informed to an operator, a control signal in accordance with the coping method is outputted from a control device 30 of the diesel engine 10 to the diesel engine 10.
