摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a delay time from when a dweller makes a first request until information is transmitted is a wasteful time for the dweller; moreover, when information is transmitted for advertising activities and such a delay time is generated, an advertiser misses a chance to provide information. SOLUTION: In the information providing method, a first server receives a request of information via network from a terminal which the dweller uses and a second server transmits the information. When the first server receives the request of information from the terminal, the second server calculates a waiting time before the information transmission to the terminal is started. When the waiting time is not zero, a waiting content comprising information different from the information is displayed to the terminal before the transmission of the information is started.
