SOLUTION: This structure comprises the instrument panel 10, wiring 40 arranged within the instrument panel 10, and wiring 50 arranged substantially in parallel to the wiring 40 within the instrument panel 10. Since mutually reversed currents are carried to the wirings 40 and 50, mutually reversed magnetic fields are generated from the wirings 40 and 50 and mutually cancelled. Accordingly, the magnetic noises penetrating from the wirings 40 and 50 to a cassette deck 20 can be satisfactorily reduced.

When the engine tachmeter 20 is removed from the instrument panel 40, a dimension between the primary side coil 12 and the secondary side coil 212 becomes larger, and change of mutual impedance of the primary side coil 12 and the secondary side coil 212 is detected, a drive circuit gives an alarm sound from a speaker.
