    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the filling balance in multipoint gates 4a and 4b from being affected by the irregularity of the viscosity or flowability of a molten resin.
      SOLUTION: A controller 6 for controlling the on-off operation of the gates 4a and 4b is constituted so that the gate 4a for supplying the molten resin to the longest resin flowing part among the gates 4a and 4b is opened to start filling and the remaining gate 4b is opened when the molten resin flows to the predetermined position of the longest resin flowing part to perform filling. By this constitution, the filling with the molten resin is completed in a plurality of final filling parts 1d almost at the same time and foaming advances uniformly as a whole to obtain a lightweight foamed resin molded object 3. Further, since timing for opening the remaining gate 4b by the actual resin flow at the position near to the final filling parts 1d is taken, the filling balance is made hard to receive the effect of the irregularity of the viscosity or flowability of the molten resin.
