    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long resin molding capable of mitigating warps of side walls thereof.SOLUTION: A long resin molding 111 used as an inlet tank for an automotive radiator bears a U-shaped cross-sectional shape having an aperture 30 on one side thereof. Protrusions 41 are formed along connection interfaces of longitudinal side walls 55 on both sides and a ceiling wall 51, whereas the ceiling wall 51 abuts toward the opposite side of the aperture 30. Shrinkages of the protrusions 41 and shrinkages of the longitudinal side walls 55 can be associated by forming and positioning the outer wall planes 41s of the protrusions 41 along extensions of wall planes 55s of the longitudinal side walls 55. Specifically, if the thickness a of each protrusion 41 is deficient, the corresponding longitudinal side wall 55 collapses inward, whereas if the protrusion 41 is excessively thick, the longitudinal side wall 55 collapses outward due to the exertion of a moment accompanying the shrinkage of the protrusion 41. If the thickness a of each protrusion 41 is adjusted so as to realize a collapse magnitude approaching zero on the basis of this association, warps of the longitudinal side walls 55 can be mitigated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure for a fan shroud and an air cleaner case, not requiring a fastening component and having high fastening strength.
      SOLUTION: The coupling structure couples the fan shroud 100 with the air cleaner case 110, wherein the air cleaner case 110 has an air cleaner side coupling part 160 protruding outward and coupled with the fan shroud 100. The air cleaner side coupling part 160 is formed in a sack shape which opens in the direction perpendicular to the protruding direction. The fan shroud 100 has a fan side coupling part 130 whereby the bottom part 170 of the air cleaner side coupling part 160 and the side 180 to hold the outer periphery of the bottom part 170 are sandwiched in the direction across their wall thickness. This prevents separation of the fan shroud 100 and air cleaner case 110 from each other or shearing off of them.
