    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically insulating, flame-retardant and heat conductive material that has excellent workability when being applied to a heat generater, good thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, insulation property, and tensile strength, further provide a heat conductive sheet using the same. SOLUTION: This electrically insulating, flame-retardant and heat conductive material comprises polymeric resin material, a flame retardant, a thermally conductive and electrically insulating agent and a dehydrating agent. The polymeric resin material is preferably an acrylic rubber obtained by polymerizing monomers including (meth)acrylic ester monomer and the acrylic rubber comprises 0.1 to 2.9% by mass of ethylene monomer units, 0 to 10% by mass of cross-linking monomer unit and 99.9 to 87.1% by mass of (meth)acrylic ester monomer. In a preferred embodiment, the flame retardant is aluminum hydroxide, the thermally conductive and electrically insulating agent is alumina and/or crystalline silica and the dehydrating agent is calcium oxide.
