摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester resin film that excels in heat shrinkability and heat sealability, has improved in the impact resistance, and does not easily teared up to one direction.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable polyester resin laminated film comprises three layers of (A) layer, (B) layer, and (C) layer. The (A) layer and the (C) layer corresponding to the surface layers comprise the resin mixture including polyethylene terephthalate resin in 20-60 mass% and the copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate resin in 40-60 mass% containing the neopentyl glycol component in 20-40 mol% against total amount of diol component. The (B) layer corresponding to the intermediate layer comprises the resin mixture of the polybutylene terephthalate resin in 40-60 mass%, copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate resin in 20-40 mass% that contains the neopentyl glycol component of 20-40 mol% to the total amount of the diol component, and the polyethylene terephthalate resin in 0-40 mass%.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically uniaxially oriented film for metal can which is composed of a specific resin composition suitable for a throttle can, a shear spun can or the like, is excellent in adhesion property, a laminate aptitude and film roll appearance and eliminates the need of a heat setting in a film formation process, to provide its manufacturing method, and to provide a resin-laminated metal sheet for metal can which is coated with the resin and is excellent in can-manufacturing performance.
SOLUTION: The vertically uniaxially oriented film comprises a polyester resin composition comprising: 50 to 70 wt.% of polyester (a) having terephthalic acid as a dicarboxylic acid component and 1, 4-butanediol as a glycol component; and 50 to 30 wt.% of polyester (b) having terephthalic acid as the dicarboxylic acid component and ethylene glycol as the glycol component. In the vertically uniaxially oriented film for the metal can, (1) refractive index difference in a film surface (difference between a refractive index in a longitudinal direction and a refractive index in a lateral direction) ΔN is ≥60×10
-3 , (2) crystallization fraction is ≤50% and (3) heating shrinkage ratio in a condition of 150°C for 30 minutes is ≤25% in a longitudinal direction (a MD direction) of the film and ≤8% in a lateral direction (a TD direction).

A DI can excellent in workability is obtained by ironing a drawn article using the lubricant in which the stock solution of the lubricant for ironing containing, by mass, 10-20% ester of trihydric alcohol and fatty acid of 18 in carbon number, 2-6% monobasic and/or dibasic fatty acid of 8-12 in carbon number, 15-30% recinoleic acid condensate and/or fatty acid of 18 in carbon number, 10-15% monoethanol amine, diethanol amine or triethanol amine, 5-10% monocyclohexylamine, dicyclohyxylamine, or tricyclohexylamine, and 3-58% water as the essential composition in accordance with the composition total standard, is diluted to 10-200 times in weight.
