SOLUTION: The composition contains a rod-like metal fine particle (the metal nano rod) of which the long axis is less than 400nm and an aspect ratio is larger than 1, and conductive metal oxide powder. Preferably in the composition, the conductive metal oxide powder is at least one kind selected from a group of a tin-doped indium oxide, an antimony-doped tin oxide, and an aluminum-doped zinc oxide and is fine powder of which the average primary grain size is 0.2μm or less. The material has a coating film formed by the composition and a polymer film.
