    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method for stably dispersing a metal fine particle in a nonaqueous solvent and prepare a nonaqueous solvent dispersion in which the metal fine particle is dispersed stably.
      SOLUTION: The method for extracting the metal fine particle in an organic solvent (the nonaqueous solvent), which is phase-separated from water, from a metal fine particle-water dispersion containing a compound (an aqueous dispersant) having affinity for the metal fine particle and water comprises the steps of: mixing the nonaqueous solvent, the metal fine particle-water dispersion, a removing liquid for removing the aqueous dispersion from the metal fine particle-water dispersion and another compound (a nonaqueous dispersant) having affinity for the metal fine particle and the nonaqueous solvent to transfer the metal fine particle to the nonaqueous solvent; and separating a metal fine particle-dispersed layer of the nonaqueous solvent from a water layer.
