摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic material for a hologram with high diffraction efficiency capable of achieving an excellent image with little residual color left in the transparent part and with little noise, and also to provide a hologram and a manufacturing method therefor.
SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic material having at least one layer of a silver halide emulsion layer on its support; the average particle diameter of the silver halide particles in the silver halide emulsion is 0.03 μm-0.07 μm, the film thickness of the silver halide emulsion layer is 4 μm-9 μm, and the ratio of sliver to gelatin in the silver halide emulsion layer is 0.3-0.6. The silver halide emulsion layer contains a sensitizing dye of a particular structure.
