In the cesium adsorbent 10, a surface of the vinyl acetate resin may be further coated with an additional vinyl acetate resin. The cesium adsorbent 10 may further includes a base material impregnating the vinyl acetate resin including Prussian blue. The vinyl acetate resin serves as a binding material, so that even if dispersed in high concentration, the Prussian blue is difficult to drop out, and cesium can be collected efficiently.
