At an either of the end parts of the tear tape, a projecting gripping part 32 is formed from the outer circumferential edge of the lid material together with the respective layers positioned on and under the tear tape. Upon gripping and peeling off the gripping part 32, a part of the paper layer positioned on the tear tape is eliminated and the strength of the lid material within the region becomes weak. The polylactic acid base film layer has shape-retainability by itself, and by the synergistic effect between the shape-retainability and the half-cuts, the shape-retainability on opening and closing can be achieved without the aluminum layer.
