    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film with an adhesive layer, in which a problem of blisters caused by moisture and heat is prevented because the adhesive layer shows no degradation with time by moisture and heat and can maintain sufficient stress relaxing property when the adhesive layer is directly in contact with a retardation layer, and disturbance in a pattern alignment in the retardation layer caused by an adhesive component is suppressed.SOLUTION: A retardation film 1 with an adhesive layer comprises a substrate 31, a pattern alignment layer 32, a retardation layer 33 comprising a liquid crystal composition, and an adhesive layer 20, laminated in this order. The adhesive layer 20 is a cured product of an adhesive composition comprising an acrylic adhesive, an isocyanate curing agent, an acrylic copolymer and a plasticizer, in which the plasticizer is included by 0.1 part by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less in terms of a solid content with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the acrylic adhesive. In the adhesive layer, a ratio tanδ(60°C)/tanδ(20°C), which is a ratio of a loss tangent at 60°C to a loss tangent 20°C, is 1.1 or more and less than 1.3.
