摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pattern forming body by which the pattern forming body constituted by forming a high definition pattern on a plastic substrate, size of which tends to change with change of humidity, can be obtained.SOLUTION: The pattern forming body is constituted by forming the pattern on the plastic substrate. The method for producing the pattern forming body is characterized by including a dehydration process for dehydrating the plastic substrate to specific water absorption amount, a sticking process for temporarily fixing the plastic substrate after the dehydration process on a supporting substrate which has a smaller size change with change of temperature and humidity and a pattern forming process for forming the pattern on the plastic substrate which is temporarily fixed to the supporting substrate.

The liquid state display medium is arranged in space between the diaphragm at the most outer periphery and the seal part.
