    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a method for manufacturing a color filter by which a pattern figure can be formed with high accuracy even when the pattern figure is continuously formed.
      SOLUTION: An exposure device 11 has an exposure head 21 and a camera 25, and a control device 23 is connected to the exposure head 21 and the camera 25. The exposure head 21 includes an actuator not shown in the figure and is movable in directions C1, C2 by the actuator. Upon exposure, the camera 25 first picks up an image of a black matrix and transmits the image to the control device 23. The control device 23 determines a position of the exposure head 21 on the basis of a reference position detected from the received image. The control device 23 transmits position coordinates of the exposure head 21 to the actuator, and the actuator moves the head 21 to the position. That is, the exposure head 21 can follow deformation of a sheet 3 in real time.
