    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizing laminate in which a rubber layer and a fluororesin layer are bonded firmly without using an adhesive and moreover without carrying out surface treatment to each of the rubber layer and the fluororesin layer.SOLUTION: The laminate includes a rubber layer (A) and a fluororesin layer (B) which is laminated on the rubber layer (A). The rubber layer (A) is a layer formed from a rubber composition for vulcanizing. The rubber composition for vulcanizing contains epichlorohydrin rubber (a1), strong base compound (a2) which has an amidine frame in a molecule, and epoxy resin (a3). The fluororesin layer (B) is a layer formed by fluoropolymer composition. The fluoropolymer composition contains fluoropolymer (b1) which has a copolymer unit originating from chlorotrifluoroethylene.

The compound (a2) is >1.0 pts.mass and ≤5.0 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the unvulcanized rubber (a1). In the fluororesin layer (B), polymerization units originated in ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene are ≥60 mol% to whole polymerization unit and a melting point is ≥200°C.
