The refrigerant discharge timing advancing means includes an extension part 1c of the first spiral body 1 and an opening advancing portion 3a of a discharge port 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a life of a scroll type fluid apparatus by making a bearing disposed between a movable scroll and a driving shaft portion a plain bearing, making a bearing receiving portion of the movable scroll thin, reducing weight, and reducing load caused by revolution driving of the movable scroll.
      SOLUTION: On an upper portion of a sealed casing 2, a fixed scroll 4 and a movable scroll 6 are supported on an upper frame 8a fixed on the casing 2. A motor 10 is disposed at a lower portion of the casing 2. A boss 6a of the movable scroll 6 is movably supported on an eccentric drive pin 13 of a crank portion 15 formed integrally at an upper end portion of a driving shaft 12 of the motor 10 through a plain bearing 3. The driving shaft 12 is rotatably supported by a rolling bearing 5 serving as a second bearing which is installed on the upper frame 8a and a ball bearing 7 serving as a third bearing which is installed on a lower frame 104b. Such bearing structure is used to make the compressor light weight, compact, and durable.

Therefore, press-fit margin between the lower housing 6 and the stator 41 can be relatively decreased. As a result, press-fit distortion to be generated by fitting of the lower housing 6 to the stator 41 is reduced, and deformation of a lower bearing 61 is restrained. It is unnecessary to increase the wall thickness of the lower housing 6, for restraining the distortion amount of the lower housing 6.
