摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in oil in a compressor by using an alternative chlorofluorocarbon coolant.
SOLUTION: A blade 8 for dividing the inside of a cylinder chamber 41 into a compression chamber X and a suction chamber Y is formed in one piece toward the outside in the diameter direction of a roller 7 fitted to an eccentricity section 22 of a drive shaft 21. The projection side tip section of the blade 8 is accepted by a receiving groove 11a in a support 11 for rotatably supporting a still member. The alternative chlorofluorocarbon coolant and an alternative coolant-adaptive oil are used for working fluid in the cylinder chamber 41 and lubricant in the compressor CP, respectively. The support 11 is made of one columnar member, and the receiving groove 11a penetrates the other side from one side of the outer periphery surface of the columnar member.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerant compressor that can improve reliability by feeding oil positively to each sliding part even if using alkylbenzene group oil incompatible to refrigerant (R407 or the like substituting for fleon. CONSTITUTION: An oil reservoir 3 is provided at the bottom part of a casing 2 with a compression element 1 mounted therein, and the end part of a driving shaft 4 having an oil feeding passage therein is made face the oil reservoir 3. In such a refrigerant compressor, oil incompatible to refrigerant is filled in the casing 2, and the driving shaft 4 is provided with an agitation means 5 for agitating the lower layer part and upper layer part of the oil reservoir 3. A liquid drain passage is also provided to draw out liquid refrigerant, accumulated at the lower layer part of the oil reservoir 3, to a refrigerant gas flow path so as to lower an oil layer area.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent breakage of various parts through release of an abnormal high pressure in the back chamber of a blade by a method where in a back chamber is communicated with the internal space of a compressor casing through an opening/ closing mechanism opened during an abnormal high pressure in the back chamber. CONSTITUTION: A back chamber 6 is formed in a part of the wall part of a cylinder, where a cylinder chamber 1 is formed, in such a manner to be partitioned from an internal space S between a cylinder and a compressor casing 7 and on the tip, thrusting through an oscillation guide bush 4, of a blade 5. A small communication passage 61 is formed between the back chamber 6 and the internal space S and an opening closing mechanism 8 opened in a case liquid compression is caused to occur through forward/backward movement of the blade 5 and only when the back chamber 6 is brought into an abnormal high pressure state is arranged on the side, released to an internal space S, of the communication passage 61. When the back chamber 6 is brought into an abnormal high pressure, a plate valve 80 is opened and by releasing the back chamber 6 to the internal space S of the casing 7, an abnormal high pressure is prevented from generation and breakage of a part, such as a bush 4 and a blade 5, is prevented from occurring.

CONSTITUTION: A blade 8 by which the interior of a cylinder chamber 41 is partitioned into a compression chamber X and a suction chamber Y is integrally arranged radially externally of a roller 7 fitted in the eccentric part 22 of a drive shaft. The tip part on the protrusion side of the blade 8 is inserted in the receiving groove 11a of a support body 11 to rotatably support at a stationary member. A substitution fluorocarbon refrigerant is used as working fluid in the cylinder chamber 41 and oil corresponding to the substitution fluorocarbon refrigerant is used as lubricating oil for a compressor.
