      SOLUTION: The tetrafluoroethylene copolymer comprises 30 to 81 mole% of tetrafluoroethylene and a 70 to 19 mole% of at least one other monomer, and has terminal carbonates at polymer chain ends, and a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 100 g/10 min (200°C, 5 kg load), and a melting point of 90 to 200°C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable long term application of this chemical solution tank for megasonic cleaning, due to the consistency with the durability and the corrosionresistance by a method wherein a fluoro-resin layer not exceeding a specific thickness is formed on the inner surface of the chemical solution tank. SOLUTION: As a forming method of a fluororesin layer on the surface of a chemical solution tank, the lining method of a sheet-like layer on the surface of the chemical solution tank is preferred. At this time, the specified thickness of the fluoro resin layer on the surface of the chemicals solution tank is not specifically restricted, unless the thickness fails to meet consistency in the durability with respect to ultrasonic wave and the corrosion resistance to the chemical solution. However, the preferred thickness is 0.01-0.72mm particularly preferred thickness is 0.04mm-about 1/2 of the ultrasonic wavelength. For example, in the case of using 0.95MHz of ultrasound, about 0.04-0.75mm of the thickness are especially preferable. In such a constitution, in the semiconductor wet process, the megasolic chemical solution tank durable to the application of the chemical solution containing fluorine which is indispensable to the megasonic cleaning technology can be secured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated pipe in which a modified PTFE layer substantially consisting of PTFE is fused and integrated with the inside and/or outside of a resin pipe with fiber reinforced modified PTFE having high mechanical strength and to provide a method for producing the laminated pipe. SOLUTION: A modified PTFE film 6 having high coefficient of thermal expansion is arranged in the inside of a fiber reinforced resin pipe 7 consisting of modified PTFE in which a unit such as perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) is copolymerized in a range within 0.01-1mol%. The modified PTFE film 6 is burned. As the film 6, a cylindrical body 1 is used and a segmental film 2 is cut off by cutting work and a film 3 is cut so that cross direction 5 becomes the circumferential direction of a resin pipe. The cylindrical body film 6 is formed by abutting the end faces 4, 4' in the longitudinal direction (winding direction) and arranged in the inside of the fiber reinforced resin pipe 7 and burned to perform integral treatment. The outside covering is formed by arranging a modified PTFE pipe having the high coefficient of thermal expansion in the outside of the fiber reinforced resin pipe and burning it to perform integral treatment.

    • PURPOSE:To stably and rapidly heat liquid and to improve contamination resistance by providing a bumping preventive layer consisting of a fluororesin coating layer as an underlayer and a boiling agent layer as an upper layer on the inside surface of a container corresponding to the heat generating source and temp. sensing part in the bottom of the container. CONSTITUTION:This electric liquid heater 1 is constituted of the metallic container 2 and the heat generating source 3 and temp. sensing part 4 installed in the bottom. The bumping preventive layer 5 consisting of the boiling agent layer 7 is provided on the fluororesin coating layer 6 on the inside surface in the bottom of the container 2. The fluororesin coating layer 6 is intended to prevent contamination and the boiling agent layer 7 is intended to facilitate the generation of bubbles and to release the bubbles before the formation thereof. The bubbles are generated with the inorg. boiling agent layer formed partially and discontinuously on the fluororesin coating layer 6 as nuclei in the case of use of fine inorg. powder as the boiling agent. The exposed fluororesin coating layer 6 exhibits the property to prevent contamination. The org. boiling agent layer is inferior in heat resistance and, therefore, partically peels on use in the case of an org. polymer but the fluororesin coating layer 6 is exposed to prevent the degradation in the contamination resistance.
