At the bottom of the front end 13a of the support 13, a thread is formed which is fastened to the front end of a shaft 13b, at which a thread is formed, and a nut 13c is inserted into in advance. This makes the front end 13a fastened to the shaft 13b rotatable, and it can be fastened at any position by using the nut 13c. A result is that a spring force can easily be adjusted to improve usability.
