SOLUTION: The forged member having excellent coarsening preventive characteristic during the carburization is obtained by performing parts forging by using product-rolled steel at the heating temperature of 900-1,100°C and the finishing temperature of 800-950°C after casting a steel having the composition consisting of, by weight, 0.010-0.060% Al, 0.030-0.070% Nb, 0.010-0.030% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
