    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a die in which a female screw part can be stably formed without making manufacturing processes complicated. SOLUTION: A molded article 50 is molded by filling up a molten magnesium alloy into a product part 5 of the die 1 and by cooling and solidifying it. After that, a screw-shaped pin 30 is turned. A female screw forming part 31 is rotated and retreated from a female screw part 53 of the molded article 50. By this, the female screw part 53 can be simultaneously formed during molding.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal feeder capable of feeding molten metal in a furnace to a casting machine without dipping an electromagnetic pump into the molten metal in the furnace.
      SOLUTION: The molten metal feeder is provided with: a molten metal feed tube 43 in which one end 43a is dipped into molten metal 41 stored in a furnace 42, and the other end 43b is connected to a molten metal injection means 47 arranged at the outside of the furnace 42; a suction means 10 of decompressing the inside of the molten metal feed tube 43 from the side of the other end 43b and sucking the molten metal 41; a driving force impartation means 30 arranged around the molten metal feed tube 43 located at the outside of the furnace 42 and imparting driving force for going to the other end 43b to the molten metal 41 in the molten metal feed tube 43 in a non-contact state; a detection means 20 of detecting the fact that the sucked molten metal 41 has reached a position on which driving force acts; and a control means 40 where, in the case the fact that the molten metal 41 has reached a position on which driving force acts by the driving force impartation means 30 is detected, the suction by the suction means 10 is stopped, further, the working of the driving force impartation means 30 is started, and driving force is imparted to the molten metal 41.
