摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for recycling muddy water in which soil grains reutilizable as China clay or the like are obtained and muddy water is reused as muddy water material in other building site by improving a method for treating muddy water and industrial effluent. CONSTITUTION: Muddy water stored in a muddy water tank 31 is introduced into a centrifugal separator 33 and soil grains 41 of at least 10μm diameter contained in muddy water are separated and removed through solid-liquid separating action. Thereafter, water containing soil grains of at most 10μm diameter is allowed to flow into a separation water tank 35 and furthermore water in the separation water tank 35 is introduced into a heat exchanger 37 to perform both heating by steam supplied from a heating drying furnace 38 and cooling. Clean water and soil grains 44 of at most 10μm diameter are obtained. Good- quality argillaceous material is obtained by heating the soil grains 44 in the heating drying furnace. In such a way, a method and a device for recycling muddy water in a drilling technique are provided as a realization means.

After the muddy water is subjected to the mixing by the line mixer 8 and the reaction by the reaction tube 9, the flocculating agent is secondarily added to the pipeline led out of the reaction tube 9 from a tank 16. The waste muddy water, etc., led out of the reaction tube 11 flow via a pipeline 12 into the muddy water separating machine 13 of the centrifugal type, by which the flocculated flocs are compacted; thereafter, the muddy water flows into the clean water filter tank 20.

On the work shaft 18, a plural of sensor plates 19 fixed with very hard chips are fixed at the tip. Owing to the pushing force of a spring means 21, the switches 15 and 16 do not touch normally. If mud is charged in the basket 9, the mud 45 touches some of the plural of chips on the sensor plate 19 and thus the revolution force of the basket 9 is transmitted to the work shaft 18. Then, the switch 15 rotates against the pushing force of the spring means 21, turns on the switch 16, lowers the revolution speed of the drive shaft, stops the supply of mud water and sweeping work for the mud 45 are executed.
