    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide joint construction of a casing tube with high strength capable of bearing the increase of force-fit force without being deformed for a powerful excavator by all-casing method, etc. SOLUTION: Joint construction of a casing tube is so constituted that joint metal fixtures consisting of male and female types are welded to both longitudinal ends of double pipe construction built up of an internal pipe and an outer pipe of steel materials, and a large number of casing tubes are jointed to execute excavation. In that case, the number of lock pin holes 4a as an integer obtained by dividing an overall circumferential angle of 360 degrees along the circumferential direction of the joint metal fixtures of male and female types is opened at equal intervals, and power transfer pin holes 4b are opened at equal intervals among the lock pin holes 4a. Then, the number of lock pin holes 4a is limited to 8, 10 or 12 pieces, and the number of power transfer pin holes 4b is limited to 4 or 6 pieces.

    • PURPOSE:To lower the sp. gravity of muddy water and to recycle the muddy water after a retreament by agitating fine particles, under addition of a flocculating agent thereto, to bring the particles into reaction and to grow the particles as flocs in a line mixture and a reaction tube, compacting the flocs with a muddy water separating machine of a centrifugal type and filtering the treated water after separation of the liquid from the solider in a clean water filter chamber, then releasing the water. CONSTITUTION:The waste muddy water, etc., are entered via a pipeline 3 into a neutralization chamber 4 by the effect of a liquid pump 2 in an original liquid tank 1a and are neutralized and coagulated by the aluminium sulfate, etc., from a coagulant tank 5. Inorg. flocculating agent is primarily added from flocculating agent tank 14 to the waste muddy water during the passage of the muddy water through the inside of the pipeline 7 by the effect of a fluid pump 6 in the neutralization chamber 4. After the muddy water is subjected to the mixing by the line mixer 8 and the reaction by the reaction tube 9, the flocculating agent is secondarily added to the pipeline led out of the reaction tube 9 from a tank 16. The waste muddy water, etc., led out of the reaction tube 11 flow via a pipeline 12 into the muddy water separating machine 13 of the centrifugal type, by which the flocculated flocs are compacted; thereafter, the muddy water flows into the clean water filter tank 20.

    • PURPOSE:To lower the revolution speed of a basket, stop the supply of mud and enable mud sweeping work by a method wherein a sensor plate is made to touch the mud upon being full of the mud and the revolution force of the basket is transmitted to a revolution switch. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of fixed casing 1, a revolution switch 15 and a limit switch 16 to be turned on/off by this revolution are provided and a work shaft 18 is projected from the center of the switch 5 into a basket 9. On the work shaft 18, a plural of sensor plates 19 fixed with very hard chips are fixed at the tip. Owing to the pushing force of a spring means 21, the switches 15 and 16 do not touch normally. If mud is charged in the basket 9, the mud 45 touches some of the plural of chips on the sensor plate 19 and thus the revolution force of the basket 9 is transmitted to the work shaft 18. Then, the switch 15 rotates against the pushing force of the spring means 21, turns on the switch 16, lowers the revolution speed of the drive shaft, stops the supply of mud water and sweeping work for the mud 45 are executed.
