    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover which is structured strong, which can be attached to a container main body in one process and is hygienic when a drink is taken. SOLUTION: This drink container comprises a container main body 2 into which a drink is filled and a cover material covering the top end opening part of the container main body. The cover material 3 is double structured and is made up of a bottom cover 7 fixed on the container mouth edge part 6 along the periphery of the upper end opening part of the container main body 2 and an upper cover 8 which is roughly as big as or slightly smaller than the bottom cover and is adhered to the bottom cover roughly covering the entire part of the bottom cover 7. The bottom cover 7 is provided with a cut line of discontinuity forming a removable part 13, and the upper face of the removable part and the upper cover 8 are adhered and integrated. The upper cover is adhered able to be pulled apart on the predetermined upper face 15 of the lower cover 7 excluding the removable part. When the upper cover is pulled apart from the lower cover to take the drink, the line of discontinuity is broken entirely and then the removable part 13 is removed from the lower cover 7 forming an opening part 16 in the lower cover.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and precisely perform an analysis according to various kinds of cans by arranging a gas analyzing part for analyzing the head space gas of a negative pressure can having a pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure and the head space gas of a positive pressure can having the atmospheric pressure or more, a component analyzing part, and the like adjacently to each other, and moving a drink can between these analyzing parts. SOLUTION: An automatic analyzing device 8 for drink can is formed of a head space gas collecting piercing device 24 for a positive pressure can having an internal. pressure of the atmospheric pressure or more, a head space gas collecting piercing device 26 for a negative pressure can having an internal pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure, a content sampling device 28 for inspecting the components of a content, or the like. A can held by a can handling robot is weighted by a weighting device 32. The can is then transferred to No.2 or No.3 station for performing head space gas analyses of positive pressure can and negative pressure can, the head space gas of the can is analyzed in each station 25, 27, and the vacuum and oxygen quantity in the head space are measured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lid member which makes a process of mounting a lid member to a container main body easier, which has a solid structure, and which is sanitary at the time of taking a drink. SOLUTION: This container 1 for a drink is provided with a container main body 2 which is filled with a drink, and a lid member 3 covering a top end opening of the container main body 2. In this container 1, the lid member 3 has a double structure formed with a lower lid 7 fixed to a container open edge part 6 on the circumference of the top end opening of the container main body 2 and an upper lid 8 having a shape smaller than an outer shape of the lower lid 7, covering the substantially entire area of the lower lid 7, and bonded to the lower lid in such a manner as to be tearable with the suitable strength of separation. An opening 16 for allowing a drink to flow out is defined in the lower lid 7, and the opening 16 is covered to be closed with the upper lid 8. The opening 16 of the lower lid is exposed by tearing off the upper lid 8 from the lower lid 7 at the time of taking the drink.
