    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve test accuracy in hammering sound test of a sealed vessel contained in a carton.
      SOLUTION: With the inside pressure test method for a sealed vessel, the quality of the internal pressure is determined, based on frequency and strength of sound emitted by a bottle-shape can 1A, when impact force is given to the sealed vessel contained in a carton 2A by electromagnetic induction force from outside the carton 2A, and forcedly exciting the bottle-shape can 1A. The frequency, emitted by the bottle shape cans 1A, is finely divided at specific intervals in the testing method for sealed vessels, a maximum magnitude peak frequency is obtained from the distribution of finely divided frequency and magnitude (step S2), the average frequency is obtained from the distribution of each frequency and magnitude in a specific frequency region centered about the maximum peak frequency (step S5), and the quality of the internal pressure of the bottle shape cans 1A is determined, based on the average frequency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an accurate inspection by pressing the drum of a can in the diametral direction and measuring the reaction, and then pressing the drum of the can in the diametral direction from the different side and measuring the reaction, and calculating the inner pressure of a canned provisions from the average value of two measurements. SOLUTION: A canned provisions 12 to be inspected is conveyed on a belt conveyor and the inner pressure thereof is measured by a first measuring means 10 and then measured again by a second measuring means 50. Since rollers 54a, 54b are turning at same circumferential speed, the second measuring means 50 measures the inner pressure of a canned provisions by pressing the canned provisions in a diametral direction differently from the first measuring means 10 and measuring the reaction thereof. Reactions measured by the first and second measuring means 10, 50 are delivered to an operating means 100 and averaged. An inner pressure operating section 104 operates the inner pressure of the canned provisions from a relational chart between the reaction and the inner pressure of the canned provisions previously determined from the average value. A decision section 106 compares the operated inner pressure with a reference value and decides whether the inner pressure of the canned provisions 12 to be inspected is acceptable or not.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain heating a metal plate accurately at a specified temperature by controlling the linear velocity indicating the output power to a high frequency induction heater on the basis of the specified velocity of the coil metal plate, material properties, the standard thickness of the plate, the specified heating temperature, and the temperature before heating and by controlling the temperature measurement correcting the indication of linear velocity control on the basis of the temperature after heating. CONSTITUTION:A coil metal plate 10, which is coated with coating and/or printing ink during progress at a constant velocity, is heated at a specified temperature in a high frequency induction heater 1. The linear velocity which indicates the output power to the high frequency induction heater 1 on the basis of the constant velocity, the properties of the metal plate 10, the standard plate thickness, the specified temperature, and the temperature of the metal plate 10 before heating specified previously is controlled, and the temperature measurement which corrects the indication of linear velocity control on the basis of the temperature of the metal plate 10 after heating is also controlled. Thus, the metal plate can be heated accurately at a specified temperature while sufficiently reflecting complexly varying heating conditions.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid turbulence of a power distribution of a sound frequency to judge the propriety of internal pressure of a sealed container by separating the top wall part of a carton case from a hood part of the container before inspection of internal pressure by exciting forcibly a cover plate part of the sealed container. SOLUTION: A carton case restoring mechanism 12 is arranged on the upstream side from a can striking sound inspection mechanism 13 provided in a conveying passage (a belt conveyer) 11 of a carton case 2 storing a sealed container (canned goods) 1. An air cyliner 12a arranged on both sides of the belt conveyer 11 is extended to nip from both sides the carton case 2 conveyed by each air pressure-introducing part 12b, and compressed air is ejected from the part 12b to pressurize the inside of the carton case 2 from clearances of both sides of the carton case 2 to be inflated. A form of the caton case 2 deformed by a load form its upper side during storage is restored thereby, and the top wall part of the carton case 2 contacting with a cover plate part of the container 1 is separated from the cover plate part of the container 1.
