    • PURPOSE:To provide dehydrogenation treatment equipment for wire coil capable of facilitating the uniformization of temp. and the shortening of wire coil handling time necessary for securing high efficiency at the time of low temp. heating treatment for the purpose of dehydrogenating the wire coil. CONSTITUTION:A furnace body 2, where a door 1 and a hot air feeding fan 3 are provided to the front and the rear, respectively, and a combustion chamber 4 communicating with the fan 3 are provided. By providing a suction duct to the side wall in the front of the furnace body, allowing this suction duct and the combustion chamber 4 to communicate with each other by means of a collecting duct 7, and circulating hot air, the temps. in the front and rear of the inside of the furnace can be uniformized. The temps. in the upper and the lower part of the inside of the furnace are uniformized by providing a duct having an agitation fan discharging the high-temp. air in the upper part inside the furnace into the lower part to the side wall part of the furnace body. A movable coil setting stand 9 whose bottom is opened is provided to the inside of the furnace and the respective hot air currents in the upper and the lower part of the coil are uniformized to uniformize the temps. By conveying the coil in and out together with the coil setting stand 9, coil handling time can be shortened and dehydrogenation treatment can be performed with high efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To completely prevent trouble such as breakage of a work roll by decreasing pressurizing force when a strip welding point is passed through a tension leveler without vertically moving a roll chock. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when an inlet side bridle is reached with the welding point 2, a lower side pressure reducing valve 11 is selected and when an outlet side bridle is passed with the welding point 2, a higher side pressure reducing valve 10 is automatically returned. That is, pressurizing force of a lower roll chock is decreased when the welding point 2 is passed and impact force generated at that time is mitigated. A trouble such as breakage of the work roll which was often generated during quick opening is completely prevented and production efficiency is remarkably improved since the welding point 2 of the strip 1 is passed without vertically moving the roll chock 7 by providing a pressurizing force decreasing means on a device by which the roll chock 7 of the tension leveler is pressed on a housing 3 to be contacted.

    • PURPOSE:To allow the correcting of the billet without giving over bending work by providing an angle of approach correcting means which corrects the angle of approach and corrects the bend roughly at the same time, the constant pressure rolling reduction device and the straightener roller which can select an arrangement of both roll in the zigzag mode or opposition mode. CONSTITUTION:One of the overload generated can be divided to the pinch rolls by executing the correcting of the angle of approach 11 with the straightener roll 5b and the pinch roll 4a. The angle of approach can be set with a small force by setting the pinch roll alone and setting freely the correcting span of three points bending consisting of 3 points of the straightener roll 5b, the pinch roll 4a and the friction force 10 generated due to the correction of the angle of approach. About the difference of the dimensional tolerance of the material to be corrected, the variation of correcting capacity can be controlled without a fine adjustment for the device and regardless of the width tolerance of the hot billet 2 by utilizing the straightener roll incorporating the constant pressure rolling reduction device 7 and the stopper 15 to set the initial roll interval. Therefore, the angle of approach can be corrected with a small force and the certain correcting effect can be obtained regardless of the width tolerance of the billet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cutting a hot-rolled steel plate and an apparatus for cutting the hot-rolled steel plate capable of making a good cutting surface shape of the cut hot-rolled steel plate in cutting the hot-rolled steel plate provided between a fixed blade and a movable blade having a rake angle provided at a cutting edge by means of the blades. SOLUTION: The hot-rolled steel plate 3 is cut by moving up/down the movable blade 11. Then, the movable blade 11 is moved up/down, thereby again cutting a part of an end 3b of the hot-rolled steel plate 3 which has been just cut by moving up/down the movable blade 11. Thus, a deformation amount of the hot-rolled steel plate 3 by cutting reaction force working to the hot-rolled steel plate 3 when re-cutting can be decreased.
