    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a transfer product such as a decorative material or the like having a three-dimensional protrusion and recess surface. SOLUTION: A transfer product such as a decorative material or the like is obtained by opposing a transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S having a support and a transfer layer at a protrusion and recess surface of a base material B to be transferred having the protrusion and recess surface, colliding solid particles P ejected from an ejector 1 with the support side of the sheet S, bringing the sheet S into pressure contact with the material B by its collision pressure, and then releasing the support to obtain the decorative material. In the case of opposing the sheet to a base material to be transferred, both ends of the sheet are supported by a sheet supporting unit 1, and the sheet and the material to be transferred are spaced apart, and a center of the sheet is formed in a shape of the sheet in a suspended state to be convex at the base material side. Then, collision pressure of the particles is applied to the sheet to be sequentially brought into contact with both end sides from a center of the sheet to the base material. Thus, the air is scarcely retained between the sheet and the material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet which enables the positive transfer of an image to a three-dimensionally uneven face without a transfer defect such as cracks and also shows outstanding surface physical properties and also is capable of efficiently transferring the image to the three-dimensionally uneven face. SOLUTION: This transfer sheet S comprises a support 1 and a transfer layer 2 which are made of thermoplastic resin, and the transfer layer 2 contains a reactive plasticizer with a functional group having active hydrogen in the thermoplastic resin. The method for transferring an image to a curved face is to cause a solid particle P to run into the support side of the transfer sheet S, for example, under such an arrangement that the transfer layer side of the transfer sheet S is set opposite to the face to which a layer 3 such as a primer coat layer or an adhesive layer is applied on the uneven face side of a base material B to which the image is transferred, then peel/remove the support 1 after bringing the transfer sheet S into contact under pressure with the base material B by the impact pressure, and further, apply a top coat layer 4. In this case, the functional group containing the active hydrogen of a reactive plasticizer in the transfer layer 2 is chemically bonded with an isocyanate group contained in the top coat layer 4 coming into contact, back face to front face, with the transfer layer 2 or the layer 3 such as the adhesive layer or the primer coat layer formed on the base material B side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to perform a surface decoration, even when the form of a pillar-shaped decorative member is varied. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet 3 is brought into contact under pressure with the uneven face of a pillar-shaped transfer base material 1 using the collision impact of a solid particle to transfer an image by causing the solid particle to collide with the uneven surface of the transfer base material 1 from the back face side of the transfer sheet 3 with a transfer layer positioned opposite to the uneven surface of the transfer base material. That is, the transfer base material 1 to which an image is transferred is transported in the longitudinal direction and the transfer sheet 3 is supplied to the transfer base material 1, synchronized, in speed, with the transport speed of the transfer base material 1, and the transfer sheet 3 is brought into contact under pressure with the transfer base material 1 sequentially stepwise per small area in the direction almost orthogonal or orthogonal with the longitudinal direction of the transfer base material 1, using the collision impact of the solid particle blown from an array of nozzles 15a-15b. Both ends of the transfer sheet 3 are made afloat from the very beginning with the help of a sheet clamping device 9, and the transfer sheet 3 is transported while being clamped in such a manner that the transfer sheet 3 approaches the transfer base material 1 as the former proceeds toward the downstream side.
