    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element which can be formed into a film by a wet film-forming method, has superior drive stability and preservation stability, shows high emission brightness and emission efficiency, and has a longer half-life. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element has a pair of counter electrodes, and organic electroluminescence layers which are held between the electrodes and at least include a light-emitting layer. At least one of the organic electroluminescence layers contains a compound one molecule of which includes a light-emitting material and an electric charge carrying material and which is expressed by a specific formula, and a compound whose repeated unit of principle chain includes an electric charge carrying material and which has a structure expressed by a specific formula.
