摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high density magneto-optical disk by spirally or concentrically forming a pair of wobble pits and alternately forming grooves and lands in the area where the wobble pit isn't formed. SOLUTION: A pair of wobble pits 1 are formed on an optically transparent substrate, and the groove 2 is formed on a spiral line passing through its center, and the width of the land part 3 adjacent to the groove 2 is nearly equal to the width of the groove 2. Then, recording timing is controlled by a reflection signal from the wobble pit, and header information is recorded no the magnetic domain 4 of the groove part 2 and the land part 3 of a header 5. Since land/ groove recording becomes possible through good use of magnetic super resolution or a groove depth, a high density optical disk is realized.

Thus, the width of a shortest recording mark against a linear velocity direction is made larger than the width of the recording marks other than the shortest recording mark.

In this manner, the degree of the crack existing in rust being observed from the section of rust is evaluated. Specifically, the length of the crack existing per the sectional area of rust adhering onto the steel material on a sectional microscopic photo that is picked up by cutting and polishing the steel material is measured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of blackening without executing the strict control of the Pb ions in a galvanizing bath, the addition of Ni ions and equipment change by specifying the ratio of the number of atoms of Zn to Cr on the surfaces of chromate films formed on the surfaces of a galvanized steel sheet to a specific range. SOLUTION: The ratio (Zn/Cr) of the number of atoms quantitatively determined by Auger electron spectroscopy on the surfaces of the chromate films is in a range from 1.2 to 3.8, indicating that the quantity of the Zn atoms in the films is larger than the quantity of the Cr atoms as compared with the existing chromate films. Then, the chromate film are made thick and extremely dense in consequence of the Zn taken much into the films. Simultaneously, the composite oxidized films of the Zn and the Cr have intricate structures and consequently the blackening resistance is improved. Such films are obtd. by controlling the Cr ion reduction ratio, Zn ion quantity and free acidity in, for example, the chromate bath.
