    • PURPOSE:To satisfactorily bond heat-shrinkable covering material onto the outer surface of pipe by a method wherein the heat-shrinkable covering material is mounted onto the outer surface of the pipe and induction-heatable heat generating tube and induction heating coil are arranged around the covering material and energized and, at the same time, heat is generated in the pipe inside the covering material by induction heating. CONSTITUTION:When energizing of induction heating coil 7 is started, the temperature of heat generating tube 8 is raised by induction heating and covering material 13 is heat-shrunk by being applied with radiation heat and, at the same time, the temperature of the space in an oven is raised and, simultaneously, the heat of pipe 2 is raised by induction heating. The covering material 13 starts to shrink peripherally from its middle so as to tightly adhere to the outer surface of the pipe and the shrunk part of the material moves toward both ends. As a result, the air between the outer surface of the pipe and the covering material 13 is expelled from the middle of the material to both ends, resulting in leaving no bubbles between the outer surface of the pipe and the covering material 13. When the covering material 13 is shrunk and brought into close contact with the outer surface of the pipe, the bonding layer of the covering material 13 is melted by the heat, which is conducted from the outer surface of the covering material 13 and from the outer surface of the pipe, resulting in realizing better adhesion between the covering material 13 and the outer surface of the heating pipe. Further, the contact area between the covering material 13 and film 12 is heated and melt-bonded through the heating from the outer surface of the covering material 13 and the conduction of heat from the pipe 2 to the film 12.

    • PURPOSE:To perform resin lining on the internal surface of a large diameter pipe by heating along the entire periphery of the large diameter pipe by burners provided on trucks while traveling the trucks along a rail device which is mounted on the periphery of a portion, to be heated, of the large diameter pipe. CONSTITUTION:A rail device 5 consists of a pair of rails 7 made of H-steel, a frame 8 that holds the rails 7 at a specified interval, reinforcement members 9, jack bolts 10, etc. The rail device 5 is mounted on a welded joint part of a large diameter pipe 1 being resin-lined on its internal surface, at the position a specified internal apart from the pipe wall and across the welded joint part. A truck 16 is mounted on the rail device 5, and a driving truck 16A travels along the large diameter pipe 1 in the peripheral direction. Combustion gas is supplied to burners 28 and 29 mounted on heating trucks 16B and 16C to heat the pipe wall by the burners 28 and 29. Thermoelastic resin 52 is contacted by an adequate method on the internal surface to be heated. The track 16 travels around the whole periphery of the large diameter pipe 1 to heat the pipe wall throughout the periphery, so that resin lining is formed on the internal surface.

For example, in a bolt A provided with a hexagonal head part 1 and a twelve angular pin tail 3 on the tip of a screw 2, a breaking groove 4 is formed between the screw 2 and the pin tail 3. A nut 6 for clamping is screwed to the screw 2 through a washer 5. Thereby, quick and suitable clamping is performed by using an electric clamping machine, etc.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to superiorly perform combined use of thermoplastic resin in the principal part by allowing a δ1 alloy phase to appear in the desired region of the surface of a hot dip galvanized steel by means of blasting or grinding and then forming a fusion coating layer of thermoplastic resin via a primer layer having at least a chromating layer. SOLUTION: The chromating layer has a function of inhibiting rusting, etc., and can be converted into a surface suitable for formation of a resin coating layer as upper layer. As to the chromating layer, it is preferable to use a chromating layer of application type, which is formed by applying a required amount of treatment solution previously converted in part and then applying heating to allow conversion to promote. The resin coating layer to be formed on the primer layer is formed by fusing thermoplastic resin such as polyolefine. It is preferable to perform this fusion by the powder fusion method where a resin powder is fused by being brought into contact with the surface of an object which is heated to a temp. higher by >=100 deg.C than the melting point of the resin. This method can be applied to an internal pipe surface, a bent pipe, etc.
