SOLUTION: This spray assembly 10 for dispensing a mixture includes a connector configured for operable engagement with a first and a second source of component and a source of pressurized fluid, and a tip 70 operably connected to the connector. The tip includes an opening and defines a mixing chamber between the connector and the opening of the tip, and an insert member 80 configured to be received in the mixing chamber. The insert member includes a plurality of radially extending slots on at least one end of the insert. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical hemostasis patch, appropriate cutting templates for customizing a shape of the surgical hemostasis patch, and a method for forming the surgical hemostasis patch by the templates.SOLUTION: The cutting template for forming a hemostasis patch includes at least one slit 220 on an upper surface portion 200 of the cutting template and at least the one slit 220 forming a desired pattern. A bottom portion of the cutting template has an opening and the opening corresponds to a pattern in the upper surface portion 200. The bottom portion further includes a recessed area and the recessed area includes a bottom portion having capability of holding the hemostasis patch in the recessed area and a unit for connecting the upper surface portion 200 to the bottom portion.

SOLUTION: The spray tip assembly includes a distal end with an outlet. The outlet defines at least a first configuration during a first state and at least a second configuration during a second state. At the distal end, the outlet is configured to be bent so as to be turned from the first configuration into the second configuration. At the distal end, the outlet is expanded so as to be turned from the first configuration into the second configuration. The spray tip assembly also includes a proximal end configured to operatively engage with a measuring-and-distributing assembly.
