摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogel implants with varying degrees of crosslinking.SOLUTION: A system is for attaching a mesh to tissue. The system includes: a mixture including a first reactive precursor including multi-arm polyether possessing electrophilic groups, a second reactive precursor including nucleophilic groups and at least one initiated precursor including at least one vinyl group; the mesh configured to be in contact with the tissue including a surface; and means for injecting the mixture to the tissue through the mesh. The mixture is brought into contact with the mesh to form a first hydrogel both under the surface of the tissue and on the surface of the tissue; then the contact of the initiated precursor with an initiator forms a second hydrogel, and thus an attachment device for attaching the mesh to the tissue is formed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogel and methods for fabricating and using the same, and further a device containing the hydrogel.SOLUTION: A mesh implant comprises a filamentary substrate, and a film coating on at least a part of the filamentary substrate. The film coating contains a lyophilized composition containing an initiating precursor containing at least one vinyl group, in combination with a first hydrogel. The first hydrogel contains a first reactive precursor containing a multi-arm polyether having an electrophilic group, and a second reactive precursor having a nucleophilic group. The first hydrogel is rehydrated and can be adhered to a tissue with the mesh removable; and the initiating precursor is exposed to an initiator to form a second hydrogel; and the mesh is firmly fixed on the tissue.
