    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating floating floor structure of a vehicle body capable of improving riding comfort and reducing in-vehicle noise.
      SOLUTION: A seat floor plate 24 wherein a seat 16 is mounted is supported by a bush type vibration isolating device 26 and a hybrid type vibration isolating device 28 so as to float from a beam. In the seat floor plate 24, both side parts in a vehicular width direction (an arrow W direction) is supported by the bush type vibration isolating device 26 setting stiffness in horizontal direction to be high, and a center part in the vehicular width direction is supported by the hybrid type vibration isolating device 28 having high vertical damping force. Though vibrations from the beam intend to transfer to the seat floor plate 24, the bush type vibration isolating device and the hybrid type vibration isolating device 28 are interposed between the beam and the seat floor plate 24 to prevent the transmission of vibrations to the floor plate side, so that the seat floor plate 24 is hard to be vibrated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof floating floor structure with improved riding comfort suitable to a high-speed moving body such as rolling stock for high speed traveling. SOLUTION: A floor plate 24 for seats having seats 16 on it are supported by a vibration-proof device 26 to float from a beam. Vibration from the beam is transmitted to the floor plate 24 for seats, while a metal spring 46 of the vibration-proof device 26 is provided between the beam and the floor plate 24 for seats to prohibit transmission of vibration to the floor plate, so that the floor plate 24 for seats is less likely vibrated. As the floor plate 24 for seats is vibrated, a shaft member 32 and an outer cylinder 30 in the vibration-proof device 26 are relatively displaced in the axial direction, and a slide member 42 slides to an outer circumferential surface of the shaft member 32 to generate damping force. In addition, air in a main fluid chamber 44 formed inside the shaft member 32 and the outer cylinder 30 passes through a gap between the slide member 42 and the shaft member 32 to generate damping force, thus effectively damping vibration of the floor plate 24 for seats, and improving ride comfort.       SOLUTION: Outer plates 11A-14A and frames 11B-14B are joined with each other by the spot friction stirring and joining except portions in a vicinity of connection parts of right and left side body structures 12, 13 to a roof body structure 11, and the right and left side body structures 12, 13 to a bottom body structure 14. In the connection parts, ends of the frames 11B, 12B, 13B are connected to each other via a gusset 15A, and ends of the frames 12B, 13B, 14B are connected to each other via a gusset 15B. The outer plates 11A-14A are joined with each other by the welding, the riveting or the like. The welded parts is separated from the gussets 15A, 15B in a floating state. In the connection parts, stringers 11Ab, 12Ab, 13Ab of the outer plates are connected to the gusset 15A or the frames 11B, 12B, 13B, and stringers 12Ab, 13Ab, 14Ab are connected to the gusset 15B or the frames 12B, 13B, 14B via clips 16.
