摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite particle having a high molar absorption coefficient for detection with higher detection sensitivity in photoacoustic imaging method.SOLUTION: In the composite particle having a particle, a single-chain antibody including an antigen recognition region and a region other than the antigen recognition region which are conjugated with the particle, and an organic dye conjugated with the single-chain antibody, the region other than the antigen recognition region of the single-chain antibody has a thiol group, and a functional group of the particle is bound to the thiol group. Further, in the composite particle, the functional group of the organic dye is bound to at least one of amino group, carboxyl group, or hydroxyl group of the single-chain antibody.
