The heat wind supply means is configured such that hot wind is supplied along an inner peripheral surface of the processing chamber. The powder particle supply means is configured by a plurality of particle supply port formed in an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member. The toner discharge port is formed in a periphery of the processing chamber such that a revolving direction of the powder particles is maintained.
