    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost, improve its strength, and eliminate any resonance sound, even if being brought in contact with the inner face of the opening of a suspension door by embedding a core bar in its inside, laying a resonance prevention material on the bottom face, and attaching it to the floor. SOLUTION: A vibration stopper is constituted of a base 1, a trunk part 2, and a head part 3. Holes 4, 4 are bored in the base 1 and the head part 3 is formed into a cross shape. Tip faces of projecting pieces 5, 5 of the head part 3 are formed into slide faces 6, 6 having projecting curved faces. Secondly, a shaft core 7 is embedded in the center of the trunk part, 2 connecting the head 3 and the base 1, and the base plate 8 is provided thereunder. The bracing device is attached to a floor face 10 so as to guide the bottom end of a top-railed sliding door. In this case, a resonance prevention material 9 is interposed in a space formed with the floor face 10 which is screwed by using the hole 4. An elastic material such as a rubber plate, etc., is used for the prevention material 9. This constitution can improve its strength, eliminate it from being resonated by sliding contact, when the suspension door is slid, and prevent the resonance sound from being generated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably install a panel by providing a pressure contact member for lifting/lowering along a guide on the upper end or the lower end of the panel, providing pressure contact bolts on the panel and setting a spring between the panel and the pressure contact member. SOLUTION: A pressure contact member 3 is provided to be capable of lifting/lowering through its slide rod 11 on the upper part of the upper panel 1a of a panel 1, and a coil spring 13 is attached to the slide rod 11. A pressure contact bolt 14 is screwed in a nut fixed on the panel 1, and a receiver 16 attached to the pressure contact member 3 is pressed by its head 15. Rubber sheets 17 are stuck on the upper end of the pressure contact member 3 and the lower end of the lower panel 1b of the panel 1 respectively. When the panel 1 is erected after the panel 1 is inclined to be pushed up and the spring 13 is compressed at the time when the panel 1 is installed, the pressure contact member 13 is brought into pressure contact with a ceiling. A pressure contact bolt 14 is rotated to be raised to contact the pressure contact member 3. Thereby the panel 1 can be stably installed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make replaceable a portion of a broken pressure joining device, facilitate the work and reduce costs by separating from a frame a drive part or a principal part of a side pressure joining device in order to eliminate a gap between upper and lower pressure joining devices for fixing a movable wall and the movable wall. SOLUTION: The upper and lower ends of a base material 6 are fixed by means of L-shaped metal elements 7, 7 to an upper reinforcing sash bar 4 and lower reinforcing sash bar 5 horizontally mounted to the upper and lower parts of a frame between vertical sash bars 2, 3. A bracket of the upper and lower pressure joining devices is welded to an arm 9 extending from the sash bar 2 and the arm 9 and the base material 6 are connected by a connection piece fixed to the material 6. If the elements 7, 7 are removed and the connection piece is removed from the arm 9, the material 6 can be separated from the frame 1 and also a side pressure joining device mounted to the material 6 can be separated from the frame 1. The upper and lower pressure joining devices also have a similar constitution. In the case of a failure of the pressure joining devices, it is not required to remove the whole of a movable wall from the frame 1 to repair it so that convenience and economy can be provided.

Thereafter, a rail piece 18 of the wall rail is detachably attached to the body rail 17 by means of a magnet piece 27 fixed to a lock piece 29 of a side plate 28 set on a side end of a pannel and a magnet piece 31 fixed to a lock piece 30 of the body rail 17. Further, to the wall rail composed of the body rail 17 and the rail piece 18, an auxiliary rail 19 is set so as to move up and down through the turning operation of knob 32.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a braking function by automatically closing a door by suspending/arranging the door by/on an inclined rail, and specifying a rack length in case of braking it by a rack and pinion mechanism. SOLUTION: A door 1 is suspended by and arranged on an upper rail 2 inclined low toward the door tip side, and a brake device using the viscous fluid resistance is arranged on a pinion 5 arranged on a suspending tool 4 of the door 1, and the pinion 5 is meshed with a rack 6 arranged along the rail 2 on this side where the door is closed, and moving speed of the door 1 is restrained. In this case, a distance 1200mm up to full closing from full opening of the door 1 to which a steel surface material having a thickness of 0.8mm is stuck, is used as a reference, and an effective closing distance index is set to A=1, and a door weight index is set to B=1, and a rack length is set to L=400mm. The door different in a closing distance and weight is set to the rack length by multiplying the indexes A and B decided by the proportional relationship with 1200mm as a reference by 400.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce engagement resistance and smooth the rotation of a pinion by inclinedly forming teeth shapes of a rack, providing a level difference in the tooth shape of the rack so as to lower the height of the rear half of the tooth shape, and enlarging the engagement clearance with the pinion. SOLUTION: As for the heights of the tooth forms 10a, 10b, 10c... of a rack 9, the tooth form 10a in the starting point side which is engaged with a pinion 7 is the highest and gradually lowered toward the terminal side. Because the top edge 12 of the rack 9 is set horizontal so as to be fitted by screwing, each tooth shape is inclined. The pinion 7 fitted to a door is engaged with the teeth shapes 10a, 10b, 10c... of the rack 9 so that the pinion 7 is rotated to agitate viscous fluid and the resistance to the rotation exerts the brake to operate to the slide of the door. As the engagement clearance toward the pinion 7 becomes gradually larger, the engagement friction resistance becomes smaller by the clearance so that the rotation of the pinion becomes smooth by that.
