    • PURPOSE:To easily recognize a power flow route by a method wherein the color of a connection display element arranged at a place where a bus displayed on a power flow diagram and symbolized for every voltage class by a single lines is connected to system constituent apparatus such as a transformer, a transmission line or the like is made identical to that of the bus. CONSTITUTION:The connection state of the following is represented by colors of connection display elements DU1 to DU30: system constituent apparatuses such as transformers Tr1 to Tr7, transmission lines Tl1 to Tl8 and the like which are displayed on a power flow diagram; and buses which are represented by single-line symbols BUS1 to BUS6 for every voltage class such as e.g. 275kV or 154kV. The colors of the connection display elements DU1 to DU30 are determined to be different for the individual buses to be connected. When a breaker and a disconnecting switch are turned on and off, they are displayed by the colors of the buses which are connected electrically. Thereby, the visual recognition property of the connection state is not deteriorated in the power flow diagram of a large-scale power system, and it is possible to easily recognize the route in which a power flow flows.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional system such as that for a power company, the burden of possession, maintenance, and management of a facility for maintenance of reliability on supply becomes large by the amount of increase of market participants, as a result, the company is compelled to raise the unit price of consignment inevitably as compared with a previous power transaction regulated period.
      SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a means which stores the node position information of each power generating facility; a means which inputs the output information of each power generating facility stated above; a means which inputs the power consumption information of the load of a power consumer; a means which inputs the power stability information of the connected nodes of each power generating facility stated above; a means which computes the total value to output of the above power stability information using the power consumption information of the above power consumer, and gets the value to output separately for each power generating facility stated above, based on the above power stability information; and a means which outputs a control command to each power generating facility stated above, based on the value to output of each power generating facility stated above obtained by that means.

    • PURPOSE:To control an operation output of a generator from correspondence of effective power of the generator to reactive power and to process at a speed durable for on-line use by approximating characteristic range of the reactive power of the generator, and obtaining upper and lower limit values of the reactive power from the effective power of the generator. CONSTITUTION:Reactive power characteristics of generators are approximated, and a table of numeric values for characterizing the approximate range is stored in a memory area. The upper and lower limit values of reactive power corresponding to present effective power are calculated by using the stored numeric values. An admittance matrix (Y matrix) is LU-decomposed, forward and reverse substituted by using L and U matrixes to calculate a voltage mismatch, and the mismatches are added to update a voltage value.
