摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composite yarn net not causing a yarn slippage, having excellent shape retention and wind pressure resistance, useful for a screen door, etc., weaving a thermally bondable composite yarn having a specific fineness in a fixed scale of mesh and making the bond strength of thermally bonded part have a given value or higher than it. SOLUTION: A thermally bondable composite yarn having 200-2,500 dtex, >=1.5 CN/dtex strength and >=10% yarn diameter retention ratio when 40N load is applied to the yarn at a right angle in the direction of the length of the yarn is used as warp and weft, woven in 0.5-5 mm scale of mesh and thermally bonded at intersections of the composite yarn to give a composite yarn net having >=20 CN bond strength. The bending resistance of a net in the direction parallel to the fold of the pleated composite yarn net is >=130 and the length between the peak of the valley of the fold is 5-100 mm. Preferably the thermally bondable composite yarn a composite yarn composed of a low-melting resin and a high-melting resin having >=10 deg.C melting point difference.

CONSTITUTION:The hot melt adhesive conjugate monofilaments to be used for the secondary base fabric are obtd. by the conjugate spinning of two kinds of the thermoplastic resins, which are different in m.p. by >=10 deg.C, to a parallel type or sheath and core type in such a manner that the thermoplastic resin of low m.p. continuously forms at least a part of the fiber surface. The fineness thereof is 150 to 5000d/f. These monofilaments are knitted or woven at 5 to 50 pieces/25mm picks to obtain the secondary base fabric. The combinations of the thermoplastic resins are exemplified by polypropylene/polyethylene, polyester/polyethylene, etc. The binder consisting of SBR latex, vinyl acetate, etc., is adhered to the rear surface of the raw fabric for the matting or the low melting thermoplastic resin, such as polyethylene or polypropylene, is laminated thereon and thereafter, the secondary base fabric is thermally adhered thereto. The matting is obtd. by a press molding at the temp. between the melting points of two kinds of the thermoplastic resins constituting the conjugate monofilaments.

The strength of the tape yarn of the metal foil can be stronger than that of the single metal foil in the before net-like sheet.
