摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively utilize an electricity rates system by season and time band by telling a measuring time band in this electricity rates system. CONSTITUTION:A power distribution system 1 has a watthour meter 5 interposed between a commercial power source 2 and a consumer power line 3. The watthour meter 5 measures the consumed power of electric equipments 4a, 4b connected to the demander power line 3. The watthour meter 5 is formed of a clock device 51 and an oscillator 52. The clock device 51 is formed of a clock 511 capable of calibrating hour by radio waves and a processing device 512. The processing device 512 stores tables to which frequency different between measuring time bands of the rates by season and time band are assigned, judges the measuring time band from the time information from the processing device 512 in reference to the tables, and outputs a command S. This command S is given to the oscillator 52. The oscillator 52 transmits one frequency of determined frequencies f1-f3 on the basis of the command S from the processing device 512.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize electric power by obtaining the average consumed current values and average voltage values for every branch circuit of multiple branch circuits and the whole circuits, determining the respective consumed power quantities, and displaying the consumed current values and/or consumed power quantities for, every branch circuit and the whole circuits. SOLUTION: Currents flowing in trunk lines U, V are detected by current detecting circuits 41, 42, voltages are detected by voltage detecting circuits 51, 52, these values are A/D-converted by an A/D-converting circuit 11, and the total indoor consumed power quantities of the trunk lines U, V are calculated by an arithmetic section 10. Currents flowing in branch circuits 71-78 are detected by current detecting circuits 81-88, the currents are A/D-converted by an A/D-converting circuit 12, and the consumed power quantities of the branch circuits 71-78 are calculated by the arithmetic section 10 based on the current values and the voltage values detected by the voltage detecting circuits 51, 52 respectively. The average values of the total consumed current values and the consumed current values of the branch circuits 71-78 during the prescribed period are calculated by the arithmetic section 10 and displayed on a display operation section. The consumed power quantity for each of the branch circuits 71-78 can be grasped, and energy saving consciousness can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a leak position quickly and easily as a position in one of branch circuits divided by branch breakers, and remove that position so as to make the other normal branch circuits operate normally. SOLUTION: After the power distribution line of a power user enters a main breaker 1 and a leakage current detector 2, the distribution line is divided into a plurality of branch circuits 41-48 by a plurality of branch breakers 31-38. If leak is detected by the leakage current detector 2 while a power is supplied through the power distribution line the main breaker 1 is opened in accordance with the command of a breaker control circuit 5 and then the branch breakers 31-38 are opened. After all the branch breakers 31-38 are opened, the main breaker 1 is closed. After that, the branch breakers 31-38 are closed one by one. If the leak is detected by the leakage current detector 2 when one branch breaker is closed, the branch breaker of that branch circuit is opened and kept in the open state to remove the leaking circuit.
