    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing failure in curing an anti-clouding article prepared by curing an anti-clouding film made of a urethane resin containing a surfactant on a substrate and easily control a coating solution for forming the film.
      SOLUTION: In a method for obtaining the anti-clouding article formed by forming a cured film, the coating solution prepared by mixing the surfactant having a chemical species containing NCO group and an active hydrogen with a polyol is applied to the substrate to obtain the anti-clouding article having ≤40° contact angle of water drop in a state in which the film does not absorb water. Number of the NCO groups/number of the active hydrogen groups is brought to be 0.8-1.2. The surfactant containing unreacted active hydrogen groups is removed from the film by bringing the cured film to contact with water.

The makeup mirror which prevents the mirror image from being seen by others positioned on the right or on the left of a user, at an obliquely rear side of the user, or from being intentionally looked in, is provided with the simple means. This makeup mirror is effective in surely protecting the privacy of the user at a place where many people use the makeup mirror at the same time side by side.
