    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra miniaturized motor having new constitution. SOLUTION: In the constitution of a motor, a magnet 1 formed in a cylindrical type, in which at least outer peripheral surface is divided into (n) in the circumference direction and alternately magnetized on different poles is installed. A first coil 2 and a second coil 3 are arranged in the shaft direction of the magnet 1. First outside magnetic poles and first inside magnetic poles which are excited with the first coil 2 are faced toward the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of one end side of the magnet 1, and second outside magnetic poles and a second inside magnetic poles which are excited with the second coil 3 face towards the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the other end side of the magnet 1. A holding member, in which the tips of the first outside poles and the tips of the second outside poles are faced with each other, and the first outside poles and the second outside poles are held, is installed. First trenches engaging the first and the second outside magnetic poles are formed on both end surfaces of the holding member. Notches 20g, 20h, 20i, 20j and second trenches 20k, 20p containing the notches are formed on the end surfaces of the first trenches, and peripheries of the second trenches containing the notches and the first and the second outside magnetic poles are bonded with an adhesive agent 21.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent high-speed recording wire hawing an improved abrasion resistance, by forming a wire body from molybdenum and forming an inorganic film having high hardness onto the outer circumference at the tip for striking a recording medium in the wire body. CONSTITUTION:A wire body 2 is formed entirely from pure molybdenum. A titanium nitride film 3 of 1-10mum thick is formed as an inorganic film having high hardness over the outer circumferential face 2b at the tip portion of the wire body 2 thus composing a wire 1. Since said wire 1 has the wire body 2 formed from molybdenum exhibiting most excellent features as a high speed recording wire material except abrasion resistance and the tip portion of the wire 1 is applied with a titanium nitride film 3 having high hardness in order to compensate abrasion resistance, the wire 1 is provided with excellent features as a whole and the durability of wire 1 or a recording head is improved resulting in realization of high speed recording.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease sliding noise and to improve wear resistance by using simple and inexpensive ferrite by constituting the main magnetic path forming surface of a core half body of a 110 face, the surface to slide with a recording medium of a 110 face and the butt surface of a 100 face with respect to the disposing direction of crystal planes. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head with which the direction of the axis of easy magnetization within the 110 face of the core half bodies consisting of single crystal ferrite is taken in the direction perpendicular to the surface to slide with a tape is prepared in order to avoid giving the magnetical change by vertical movement during the contact with the tape to the core. The crystal planes are disposed in such directions where the main magnetic path forming surface of the core half bodies is the 110 face, the surface to slide with the recording medium is the 110 face and the butt surface is 110. The compsn. of 6,000-6,500G suitable for a high coercive force medium such as metal tape is in the range consisting of 60-65mol% Fe2O3, 20-30mol% MnO, 5-15mol% ZnO. The sliding noise is thus decreased and the wear resistance is improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain low friction, cost reduction, and microminiatualization by forming a lubricating coating consisting of a particular material at a rotor shaft and the first and second stators. SOLUTION: An edge part of a rotor shaft 7 is rotatably engaged with the hole 18e of a first stator 18 and the hole 19e of a second stator 19 and receives the axial direction of the rotor shaft. The lubricating coating of electroless plating is formed because the friction of the rotor shaft and the stator are prevented. Namely, the lubricant coating is formed at least at respective contact parts of the rotor shaft 7, the hole 18e in the first stator 18, and the hole 19e in the second stator 19. Ni-P and B-P are used to be base materials as the lubricant coating, where lubricating particles are added. The lubricating particles include, for example, graphite, teflon, molybdenum disulfide, or ceramic. Ceramic particles include carbide such as SiC and WC, nitride such as Si3N4 and TiN, oxide such as CrO2, TiO2, or SiO2. The amount of addition ranges from 1 to 8 vol.%.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent mutual diffusion from being caused between a magnetic thin film and glass by forming a nitrided layer at least a part of the surface of a magnetic thin film of 'Sendust(R)' contacting glass for welding core half bodies. CONSTITUTION:The 'Sendust(R)' is formed on a ferrite pipe 7 and then a groove 8 which prescribes track width and a winding window 9 are worked and gas nitriding is carried out in this state. Then, SiO2 for specifying a gap is sputtered on the 'Sendust(R)' film 2 and the pieces are made to abut on each other and welded with glass. Then, the united body is cut to specific size to obtain core half bodies, thus forming a magnetic head. No mutual diffusion between the glass and 'Sendust(R)' film is caused even when the glass welding is performed after the nitrided layer 10 is formed. In this case,the 'Sendust(R)' film is easily peeled off the ferrite at temperature above 650 deg.C, so the treatment temperature should be lower than 650 deg.C at the time of the surface treatment.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic head superior in recording and reproducing characteristic for strong coercive force tape by making the direction of the axis of easy magnetization of a ferrite approximately vertical to a soft magnetic metallic film and making this direction approximately parallel with a main magnetic path forming surface. CONSTITUTION:A single crystal ferrite is used whose direction of the axis of easy magnetization is parallel with the main magnetic path forming surface and is [100]. A soft magnetic metallic thin film 2 is formed on the joint surface between magnetic core half bodies 1 and 1 consisting of the single crystal ferrite and these half bodies 1 and 1 are allowed to face each other to form a magnetic gap. The structure where the direction of the axis of easy magnetization of the ferrite is approximately vertical to the thin film 2 is adopted to obtain the magnetic head superior in recording and reproducing characteristic for strong coercive force tape.
