    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which can reduce a decrease of a printing speed even when images of a high printing duty continue by controlling a paper-feeding interval timing according to a printing duty of one page of a recording image, and which can prevent a decrease of a recording quality by carrying out recording also with a head temperature in a regulated temperature range at all times. SOLUTION: In the controlling system of transfer of recording papers, the inkjet recorder comprises a recording head which consists of one or a plurality of full line-type inkjet recording heads with a recording element array corresponding to a width of a recording medium, a recording medium feeding means which supplies the recording medium, a transfer means which transfers the recording medium by a rotating belt at all times when recording is carried out, and a recording pixel number counting means which counts the number of ejections recorded in one page of the recording image. When the printing duty is high according to information from the recording pixel number counting means, such control as delaying a timing of recording medium-feeding from the recording medium feeding means is carried out by a value of the printing duty.     • PURPOSE: To perform an image reduction which never eliminates thin lines in an original image even after the reduction by performing switching to a reduced part with a reduction pattern, deleting the reduced part from an input image, and then outputting the image after the deletion as a reduced image. CONSTITUTION: With the reduction pattern, the position of a dot to be deleted for longitudinal reduction is changed through the switching of switches SW1-SW3, and the reduced part is deleted from the input image. For the deletion of a laterally reduced part, a signal which is divided in frequency in a half through JK flip-flops 52701 to 52704 is inputted to a multiplexer 52709 through one of gates 52705 to 52708. The signal is inputted from the multiplexer 52709 to a gate 52710. To the other terminal of the gate 52710, DS'* is inputted to obtain a masked output signal and the reduction is performed. The image after the longitudinal and lateral deletion is outputted as the reduced image by a reduction device. Therefore, the image reduction is performed without disappearance.
