摘要： PURPOSE: To surely allow film to slide on a magnetic head only when film travels without providing a special moving mechanism for the magnetic head or the film in a camera using film with a magnetic storage part. CONSTITUTION: The film 4 fed from a film cartridge 3 is taken up by a winding spool 7 through a guiding roller 20. When the film 4 is stopped, it is brought into contact with a film guiding member 5 by a film pressing plate 8 so as to regulate a 1st film path, and the film 4 is separated from the magnetic head 10. When the film 4 is wound, it floats and is separated from the guiding member 5 against the pressing force of the pressing plate 8 by film tension so as to regulate a 2nd film path, then the film 4 slides on the magnetic head 10, so that recording or reproducing is performed. Even when the stopping state of the film 4 is kept long, fixing between the magnetic head 10 and the film 4 is prevented.

First of all, the core 1a is inserted into a bobbin terminal assembly body, and the coil wire 4 is wound, and the winding end is entangled to the terminal fitting 3 to be wire connected by dip soldering, etc. Thereafter, the winding wound cores 1a, 1b are positioned and fixed on respective core holders 5a, 5b by calking and adhesion, and magnetic gap forming opposite surfaces are worked to prescribed precision, and the magnetic gap spacer 6 is clamped in between, and they are abutted and fixed to each other by the adhesion and welding, etc. Thereafter, a medium running surface is finished to the prescribed precision.

Since a non-magnetic material having wear resistance equal to that of each magnetic cores 1, 2, 8 or more is used for the magnetic gap space 6a, wear becomes as shown in Fig.(d), and spacing loss is largely reduced.

Magnetic fluxes flow in the magnetic cores 2 toward the magnetic gap 6 when recording currents are passed to the coil wires 5 for recording but the magnetic gap part 6 is no more magnetically satd. by the magnetic films 11 having the supersaturation magnetic flux density and the more magnetic fluxes are outputted from the magnetic gap part 6. The high recording performance is thus obtd. without deteriorating environmental resistant performance.

Thus, coil winding is wound in the body of the head through a winding window 4 and winding grooves 5, 5, and constituted as a magnetic head. The magnetic head is fixed to the rotary cylinder of a VTR and rotated as shown by the arrow mark A' by rotation of the rotary cylinder at the time of recording and recording, and recording and reproducing are made by sliding on the magnetic tape.

The side surfaces of the core 2 are butted sandwiching a nonmagnetic spacer 4 for the side surface of a ring of the core 1 and thereby a couple of magnetic gaps are formed using a spacer 4. The same sections provided opposed with each other sandwiching the spacer of the cores 1, 2 are bent in the thickness direction to form a couple of magnetic gaps curved like an unequal mark.
